First you will need to ensure that you have a Telkom land line installed, that is if you do not already have one. The Good news is that once you have a telephone line from Telkom, you will not need an additional line for your "always on" ADSL Broadband.
Next you will need to ensure your Telephone line is ADSL enabled. To enable your landline you will need to have a special ADSL line installed in your home. The GOOD news is the Mr Mail will do this for you FREE of charge, when you choose one of our packages. If you already have an ADSL Line installed then this does not apply to you.
Apart from having a computer or laptop, you will additionally need a Broadband ADSL Modem or Router. These modems/routers can be obtained either directly from any high street store such as Incredible Connection, Game, Makro and Telkom. If need be we can provide one for you, just ask. Apart from installing the ADSL Line we will also configure your router for you FREE of Charge!!!
