I/We hereby request, "instruct" and authorise Mr Mail to draw against my/our account with the abovementioned bank (or any other bank or branch to which I/we may transfer my/our account) the sum of our signed for contract value ("MR Mail" signed for contract amount on product choice page). Higher values may only be added to my amount debited subject to a written email or SMS notification to Mr Mail upgrade contact address/number.Mr Mail will be obliged to keep all written consent or money will be returned. Monthly debit order date will be the 2nd day of each month. All such withdrawals from my/our bank account by Mr Mail shall be treated as though they had been signed by me/us personally. I/We understand that the withdrawals hereby authorised will be processed by computer through a system provided by the South African Banks (Standard Bank), and I also understand that details of each withdrawal will be printed on my bank statement or on an accompanying voucher.I/We agree to pay any bank charged relating to this debit order instruction.I/We will be charged R50 per failed transaction. It is acknowledged that Mr Mail will only do one debit transaction per month, if money fails to get drawn from my/our account, I/we will be responsible to transfer funds into the Mr Mail bank account alternately resulting in suspension of my account by the 10th of each month.This authority may be cancelled by me/us by giving you one calendar month notice in writing, sent to or by prepaid registered post to PO Box 1128, Westville, Durban, 3630. I/We understand that I/we shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts which have withdrawn while this authority was in force if such amounts were legally owing to Mr Mail.
I/We acknowledge that MR Mail hereby authorised to effect the drawing/s against my/our account and may not assign any of its rights to another third party without prior written consent of the authorised party.
