  How do I switch to MRMail ADSL All Inclusive? – switching to adsl all inclusive  
     
    It really is very simple, all you need to do is the following:  
     
    Decide on the Mr Mail package that is right for you, complete the order form and submit it. That's it! We'll contact you to confirm whether all the required documentation has been received, we’ll then confirm a Data and time for setup and activation. The whole process should not take longer than 10 working days.  
     
 
• If you're on a Telkom Closer 5 or Closer 4 Plan, you'll need to move to the Closer 3 Plan first.  
    • Telkom will still charge you for your voice-line rental and voice calls, as well as any additional services, e.g. Closer Plan, Call Answer, etc.  
     
  How do I change my password? – changing ADLS broadband password  
     
    You have two passwords that Mr Mail will have issued to you, one for your email and one for your ADSL Account. To change your email account password, simply log in to your webmail account, proceed to options, select change password and make your change. Mr Mail ADSL account passwords are more secure as every ADSL account get locked to the unique ID of your line, which means should your password leak out it does not matter.  
     
  How do I upgrade the Firmware on my Router? Upgrade firmware on a router  
     
    As a general rule we do not suggest upgrading the firmware on your router, if everything is already working as it should. You risk damaging your router and/or losing your connection. If you however do feel you need to upgrade your routers firmware we strongly suggest contacting us on 0861Mr Mail and lets  
     
  How do I setup my ADSL router – ADSL broadband router set up  
     
    Mr Mail will, FREE of Charge, do an on-site set-up as part of the sign-up, so no need to worry about this!  
     
  How do I Set up and use a Wi-Fi network with my ADSL Router? - adsl broadband Wi-Fi network set up  
     
    When Mr Mail arrives to do your FREE of Charge on site set-up we will gladly do this for you as well. But you need to ensure that the The PC or laptop you want to connect to the Wi-Fi needs to have.  
     
  How do I change the login details for accessing my router? -Adsl router login detials
